The 4K HDMI ARC Audio Extractor adapter is the perfect solution for splitting high-quality audio from any HDMI video source to external speakers, sound systems, or headphones. It supports optical Toslink SPDIF and 3.5mm stereo AUX outputs , delivering either multi-channel 5.1CH audio or 2CH analog stereo —without requiring an HDMI display connection.

This audio extractor supports HDMI resolutions up to 3840x2160 at 30Hz , and is compliant with HDMI 1.4 and HDCP 1.4 , making it ideal for use with PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Apple TV, Blu-ray players , and more.

The device features HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) capability, allowing you to extract audio directly from ARC-enabled TVs and send it to a Toslink-supported sound system. Please ensure your TV has an ARC or eARC port and that the TV's audio output is set to ARC mode.

It's also equipped with an EDID switch to toggle between 2.0CH and 5.1CH modes. To output 5.1CH surround sound via Toslink, the source and receiving devices must support digital multi-channel decoding (DTS/Dolby AC3).

Note: Only compatible with HDCP 1.4; micro-USB or DC power input is shipped randomly. For best performance, use an ATC-certified premium HDMI cable .
